Spartan Training
Spartan SGX is Spartan?s official training program. SGX can give you the physical and mental capacity to take on whatever challenges are thrown your way. In an SGX class you will bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, sprint, squat and twist?exactly what your body has been designed to do. Nearly anyone can finish a Spartan Race, including you. Spartan SGX is the best way to prepare in a fun and supportive group setting.

Fitness with Ben

Focusing on form and technique throuh varied styles of movements that will help you succeed in both life and sport.  This class uses a combination of strength lifts, body movements, and metabolic conditioning.

Cross-Training
High Intensity Interval Cross-Training to include lifts such as Dead-Lift, Squat, Clean, Press. As well as Kettelbells, Obstacle Course, Rowers, Rings and a variety of other tools available at The Loft. Combined with varying intensity (speed/time) and loads (weight). You will be challenged. Available to every skill level,(beginner to elite) Trainers can adjust any workout to suit your individual needs. Be ready to work hard and see results!

PLYOGA

PLYOGA is a 4 part interval training system using the benefits of fundamental & accelerated yoga as an active recovery for plyometric (reactive) movement. 

Strong Mom

Interactive Interval Fitness Class for Moms and children up to Preschool age, infants and children in strollers are welcome!  This 45-50 minute class will incorporate cardio and strengthening exercises to help new and not so new moms get back into shape.  All fitness levels are welcome.  Children can participate with tehir mothers or play with other children during the work outs.  At the end of every class we will have a core section to focus on toning up the mid section using traditional core work and some Pilates type exercises.  Children not required to join work out.

OCR Endurance

Quality over quanity. A Focused , detailed traning environment for beginning to elite obstacle course racing athletes. Running and obstacle technique mixed with fast paced race simulating workouts.

CORE!
To avoid injuries in your day to day activities you need to have a strong CORE! This is a whole class geared towards strengthening your CORE! This is the most important building block for any athlete. This will help your posture, balance, control and power. Through the use of your body, Kettlebells, TRX system, BOSU as well as other training aids. The LOFT will work you to the CORE!

H.I.I.T (High Intesnsity Interval Training)
High Intensity Interval taining designed to increase workload capacity. This class will focus on short bouts of anaerobic exercise that last for 30-45 seconds. The purpose of this class is to optimize bodily functions while reducing fat mass and gaining lean muscle.

Boot Camp
Based off of training at MCRD Paris Island as well as some other ?creative? training methods. This group class will be fast paced, mostly body weight training or occasionally your other class mates. This will be a no one left behind group style training. You will be motivated to push yourself and support others! The Obstacle Course will be used from time to time.

PiYo
PiYo? combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You?ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle?big and small.

ROCK Bottom
The posterior chain is the most influential muscle group in the body! This class will focus on the muscles related to that chain. (Glutes, Hamstrings, Calf, Obliques, Back and Spine extenders). A healthy posterior chain is a fundamental part of your athletic ability. This all supports the opening of the hip which is the only way we create forward propulsion. If you want to have explosive power in ANY sport this is where it all begins.

Total Body Conditioning
A 45 or 55 minute full body work out using a variety of equipment and exercises. All fitness levels.

Functional Fitness
This class is a low intensity full body workout. The class is great for toning, balance and strength. This class class will encompass all sorts of creative exercises utilizing all the tools we have available at The LOFT. This class lays the ground work needed to kickstart your new healthy lifestyle!

10-13yr old Adventure Fit
This class is geared for kids that are looking to get into Obstacle Course Racing or just general fitness. These are Classes and not an open play session. They will be instructed on how to safely complete obstacles, while building the strength and confidence. Self confidence is an essential part of growth and will help them throughout their life.

14-16yr old Adventure Fit
This class is geared for the Teen that is new to Obstacle Course Racing or wants to get an edge on his competitors. These are classes and not an open play session. They will be instructed how to safely negotiate the obstacles as they build the strength and confidence needed to compete. Classes will consist of strength and conditioning as well as Obstacle Course negotiation.
