MOM STRONG is a fitness class that allows moms to workout with the added comfort of having their kids with them! Finally, a class where toddlers and preschoolers can have fun and play while mom works out!
Mom Strong will give moms the opportunity to meet other moms and establish exercise as a healthy way of living.
Classes are appropriate and geared towards any fitness level.
Interactive Interval Fitness Class for Moms and children up to Preschool age, infants and children in strollers are welcome! This 45-50 minute class will incorporate cardio and strengthening exercises to help new and not so new moms get back into shape. All fitness levels are welcome. Children can participate with tehir mothers or play with other children during the work outs. At the end of every class we will have a core section to focus on toning up the mid section using traditional core work and some Pilates type exercises. Children not required to join work out.
Class is offered on Wednesdays at 10:00am. Classes start Wednesday September 14, 2016
Try the first class for free. Drop in is $15 per class. Punch Card of 10 visits is $100. Or be a member of the LOFT for $49.95 a month and participate in any class. Free childcare available at certain times.

Enjoy "open play" on our turf field with other parents and their young ones. Please note that parents must supervise their own children during Mommy and Me. Socks and shoes must be worn at all times except when in the bouncy house.
Mommy and Me sessions will run on different days each week. These are considered "drop in" sessions. Mommy and Me "open play" sessions will be 2 hours each session. Cost is $7 per child and $5 for each additional child from the same family. A maximum per family of $14 per family for each session.
Mommy and Me will be offered in from September thru the end of the school year on Tuesdays from 9am to 11am. Please register in advance.
